Any company whose teams use AI tools and wants one clear view of them: who uses what, what it costs and what needs attention.
No. Pick the AI tools your company uses from Vaze’s catalogue, so your dashboard covers all of them from day one, including tools without an admin connection. Connect supported admin accounts when you want measured information: OpenAI and Anthropic API organisations give API usage and spend, and GitHub Copilot gives seat activity.
Yes. Open Help and ask Vaze’s AI Help, which answers from Vaze’s public guides only. With AI selected, your question and the last two Help exchanges are sent to OpenAI; the widget keeps that recent conversation in memory, cleared when you leave or choose Clear. If you’d rather talk to a person, send the support team a message for an email reply instead.
No. Vaze reads admin, billing and usage information from the accounts you connect. Prompts, conversations, documents, email and source code stay out of it.
Only when you decide to. Vaze proposes an action, a person approves it, and most changes are then made in the vendor’s own console with Vaze’s guidance.
