How does annual pricing work?
An annual payment covers 12 months of service. The first annual term is priced at the equivalent of nine monthly payments; each subsequent annual term is priced at ten. The monthly option is shown separately. Subsequent annual terms are agreed with you at the prices shown.
What happens to my existing Free access?
Existing Free access and any offer already agreed with you keep their terms.

CrossTenant Ltd (Vaze) uses the work contact details, company information and request you email to contact@vaze.ai to answer you and discuss an audit, trial, service or MSP arrangement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Sending an enquiry is optional and does not book a service, start a subscription or opt you into marketing.
Messages to this address are routed through Cloudflare into our Google Workspace company mailbox. Send only a brief description of what you need. Please leave out credentials, employee or client records, invoices and confidential source material; we agree a suitable intake route before requesting delivery records.
We review enquiry correspondence when the discussion ends and keep only what is needed to handle your request or for a documented legal or accountability purpose. Our Privacy Notice explains provider safeguards, separate retained copies and your rights. Contact privacy@vaze.ai to ask about access, correction, deletion or objection.
