Where does the spend data come from?
From the admin and billing APIs of the accounts you connect. Metered spend comes from OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot and OpenRouter. Where a provider doesn’t share cost data, Vaze says so rather than showing a zero.
What does “at list price” mean?
Idle-seat savings use the provider’s published list price for that seat. Your actual price may differ if you have a discount or a different plan.
Does Vaze change our plans or cancel seats?
No. Vaze shows the finding and, if you choose, proposes an action for someone on your team to approve. The change itself is made in the provider’s own console.
Do I need to connect accounts to start?
No. You can list your tools and add renewal dates straight away. Connect an admin account when you want measured spend and seat activity.
