Organise · Tools

Every AI tool. Organised.

One register for the AI your teams use: what each tool is for, who uses it and what it’s connected to.

Add any tool in seconds

Pick from the catalogue or type the name of anything your teams use, including internal tools.

See who uses what

Connect admin accounts to see how many people use each tool, matched to one person per work email.

Notice what’s changed

Tools that are due a review, or have changed since their last one, stand out on the list.

Map what sits around them

Record the instructions, knowledge sources, workflows, agents and MCP servers your AI relies on, next to the tools.

Improve · Environment

See what your AI relies on, and what works better.

Link each workflow to the instructions and knowledge it depends on, and review them on a schedule. When you try a different model, effort level or instruction for the same task, record both and keep the result you saw.

  • Explore Environment and model comparisons →
  • Workflows, instructions, knowledge, agents and connectors, mapped
  • Side-by-side comparisons for the same task and success measure
  • Results marked observed or estimated, entered by your team
  • A retest prompt when something a workflow depends on changes

The catalogue

Start from 49 tools, or add your own.

Tools marked Connects can also link an admin account for measured information, such as API spend and keys, or seats, depending on the tool.

Straight answers

About the tool register.

Do I need to connect anything to start?

No. Adding tools, owners and review dates needs no credentials. Connect a supported admin account later for measured information. What you get depends on the provider.

Can I connect ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise?

Yes, if your company is on an eligible Enterprise plan. An authorised administrator adds the provider’s workspace reporting credentials in Connections. ChatGPT provides supported member and usage reporting; Claude provides adoption and activity reporting, with token and model reports where available. Claude’s named activity report is not a complete member list. These workspace connections are separate from OpenAI and Anthropic API accounts, and what is available depends on your plan and the administrator’s permissions.

What about Cursor and Google Gemini?

An eligible Cursor team with Admin API access can connect daily activity, model and token reporting, plus separate current-cycle usage values. Those values are not subscription invoices or verified cash spend. Cursor’s admin keys can also change team settings, so Vaze asks you to acknowledge that before saving one. For Google Workspace, Vaze shows aggregate Gemini feature activity by app and day, without names or content.

Does Vaze test models for me?

No. In Environment you record two choices for the same task, such as two instructions or effort levels, and enter the results you observed or estimated. Vaze keeps the comparison and suggests a retest when something it depends on changes. It doesn’t run your AI or upload your files.

What does Vaze keep about each tool?

Details you record, such as the name, team, purpose and review dates. For the wider setup it keeps a description, not the underlying files, instructions or knowledge.

What if a tool isn’t in the catalogue?

Type its name and add it. It sits in the same register, with the same owner and review tracking.
